Taking care of each other is instinctual
I have this conversation with Jamie every once in a while, and we have this theory that mammals have a innate instinct to take care of other mammals. It looks like we were wrong, it’s not just mammal-to-mammal at all.

The mixed family, made up of her four newly born kittens and seven adopted chicks, lives in a cardboard box and has seemingly put its differences aside to eat, sleep and play together.
Stories like that make me feel a bit warmer and fuzzier about the Universe. ^_^ Who want’s a hug?
