I was hoping to have lovey-dovey macbook photobooth pics of our brand new kitty that we’re adopting from a friend (and it was all going to be a surprise too, that’s why I didn’t mention it before) but a silly husband let him out yesterday morning and he didn’t come back in time for the rendezvous where he was going to be picked up by Jamie. Phooey.

New plan is for him to be brought over to our house either today or tomorrow. I can’t wait to put up some photos because he’s absolutely gorgeous. He might be purebred (and if he isn’t he could probably pass for it) so we’re very lucky to adopting him for free. This way we were able to get some cool extras for him that we wouldn’t have otherwise, like some extra treats and nifty scooped-poop disposal gadget that encases the waste in plastic so it doesn’t stink. ^_^

It’s been two years since my old childhood-pal kitty passed way, so I’m really really looking forward to when he comes home to live with us. I just don’t feel quite settled without a cat in the house.
